The moment your order is shipped by us, you will receive a shipping information from us by e-mail with a Track & Trace code with which you can track the shipment.

RETURNS

Poducts can be returned whitin 14 days of receipt provided the products are unworn, undamaged, unwashed, free of odors and make-up stains and the labels, price tags and protecta ribbon are undamaged and not removed.

You can register your retun by sending an e-mail to customerservice@justbefashion.nl stating the order number and the items you want to return. Please note that you always report your return before returning items. Click here to download the return form. If the above conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted. The items will be return at the buyer's expense. Returns are made whitin 5-7 working days. 

The shipping costs for the return are for the account of the customer. To return your package, you can consult the website of PostNL or other parcel transport company. Just be Fashion is not liable for packages that are return whitout Track & Trace code.
